Hi there, I’m Attorney S. D’nella Gay, and I’m truly honored to share a bit about my journey with you. Over the past seven years, I’ve had the privilege of practicing criminal law here in North Carolina, and each case, each client, and each courtroom moment has deepened my commitment to justice and advocacy.

My faith as a Christian has been the foundation of everything I’ve built—guiding me through challenges, grounding me in purpose, and reminding me daily that this work is bigger than me. I’m grateful for where that faith has led me, and I carry it into every interaction with humility and hope.

Before launching my own practice, I served as a courtroom advocate and also taught at Wilson Community College. Those roles allowed me to pour into the next generation of legal minds, and that’s something I continue to cherish. From humble beginnings to where I stand today, my story is one of perseverance, grace, and a deep belief in the power of education and community.
